| Membership |

| Sampradaya is a registered Society engaged in the documentation and archiving of South Indian music traditions over the last couple of decades. It has a library of books and audiocassettes containing copies of archival material, which can be listened to at the listening stations in the library. |

| Membership Rules: |
|
- Any person who is not a minor is eligible to apply for membership of Sampradaya. Membership carries all the privileges and rights of the respective class of members.
- Annual membership fee is Rs. 150/- (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty only) and is valid for 12 months from the date of joining. Annual membership does not carry with it voting rights.
- Life membership fee is Rs. 3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) & Patron membership fee is Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only).
- Life members and Patron members shall have the privilege of attending the Annual General Body Meetings and voting rights.
- All Members will be entitled to use (listening/reading only) the Sampradaya library which contains copies of archival material and also a collection of books on music and related subjects.
- All Members will receive copies of the Sampradaya Newsletter and will be invited to all public concerts organised by Sampradaya.
- Membership requests shall be made by filling out the prescribed form.
- Membership subscription shall be paid ONLY by cheque or demand draft or pay order, all payable to “Sampradaya”.
- The Governing Body of Sampradaya reserves the right to reject any application for membership to the Society without assigning any reason whatsoever.
